Bloomberg Bans 2 Liter Sodas For Pizza Delivery And Bottle Service Mixers

NY Post - Nanny Bloomberg unleashes his ban on large sodas on March 12 — and there are some nasty surprises lurking for hardworking families. Say goodbye to that 2-liter bottle of Coke with your pizza delivery, pitchers of soft drinks at your kid’s birthday party and some bottle-service mixers at your favorite nightclub. They’d violate Mayor Bloomberg’s new rules, which prohibit eateries from serving or selling sugary drinks in containers larger than 16 ounces. Bloomberg’s soda smackdown follows his attacks on salt, sugar, trans fat, smoking and even baby formula. Typically, a pizzeria charges $3 for a 2-liter bottle of Coke. But under the ban, customers would have to buy six 12-ounce cans at a total cost of $7.50 to get an equivalent amount of soda. And if you’re looking for a night of bottle service at a Manhattan hot spot, be warned: Spending $300 on a bottle of vodka no longer entitles you to a full complement of mixers. The carafes in which mixers are typically served hold 32 ounces, and the most common mixers — sodas, cranberry juice and tonic water — will be limited. Only water and 100 percent juice will be unlimited.

So this is really gonna be Bloomberg’s thing huh? This is actually his lasting legacy. I mean its been his agenda for a long time now, not a surprise. But this is actually how hes gonna end his reign as King Bloomberg. Making New York City moms order 12 separate cans of soda every time they have a pizza party for their kids. Restricting fucking tonic water at night clubs. Tonic water! Is there even sugar in that shit? All I know is that moms are gonna be fucking pissed ordering 50 different drinks for their annoying kids and people are gonna be shitfaced drinking straight liquor in the clubs.

You know what my favorite part about this whole crusade is? How he just blatantly ignores everything else he could be doing. Last week he just came out and said there are no homeless people sleeping on the streets.  Just a bold faced Jew lie. There are fucking tons of homeless people sleeping on the street. Any given moment on any given corner I can find you a homeless person sleeping outside. But Bloombito just says there are none, so boom, there are none. Now lets get back to talking about pitchers of soda. Its almost admirable how big of an asshole he is.
